Get your hands into clay during weekly 1.5 hours classes! Learn where clay comes from and many ways to use it. Sculpting techniques in coiling, slab and attachments.
Learn pottery wheel safety and basics, and work on making creations you can really eat and drink from. Glaze and firing fees included in tuition.

This course is offered as a single evening experience on the first Monday or Tuesday of each month. It'll whet your palette and get you excited to get your hands into clay! Experience a demo, learn wheel basics, and try your hand at centering and making a small vessel during this single-evening course.
Once this class is completed, you'll be ready to join us for three or more classes of "Wheel Curious II". This is a repeatable course until students are ready to progress to an ongoing Handbuilding and/or Pottery course.
Small group instruction of only 5 students per class. Lots of individual attention!
This is an ongoing class that may be repeated, and prepares students for continuing study to the next level of ceramics when readiness is demonstrated.
