These are single-session workshops for families, friend groups, and adults. All class registrations with children require at least one adult to be registered.
All finished work from our seasonal workshops will be available for pickup at our holiday Origami and Garland Party, December 20th 10AM-2PM. Walk-ins are welcome any time during the party to pick up your pottery, and if you'd like you can stay to make some origami and string a garland. This party is free for all ages to attend, but a suggested $5 donation per person is appreciated to help fund our Financial Assistance Program for students and families in need.

Magnificent Magnets!

Time to make functional fridge art! Our instructor Laura will guide students through sculpting tiny versions of your favorite things!
Your Instructor will show you how to create details on a small scale with clay! You'll shape and glaze your artwork. We'll carefully dry and fire your pieces, attach magnets, and let you know when they're ready for pickup. Make these to decorate your own place, or give as gifts to friends and family. Each student can create up to four magnets, up to two inches in any direction.
All magnets will be fired and ready for pick up at our studio one month after class, or at our Origami Garland party, December 20th. Pickup deadline January 18th, 2026.

This is a single-session workshop, there are two dates available.

Make a festive fall platter from clay! Choose from one of our three templates to create a leaf-shaped platter perfect for snacks or trinkets. Our instructor will guide students through the steps of rolling clay with a slab roller, cutting out a leaf shape, adding texture or carved details, and finally adding a coil border.
Your Instructor will demonstrate all the steps in this slab building workshop, no experience necessary! You'll shape and refine your artwork. We'll carefully dry and fire your pieces, add the color of your choosing and clear glaze the piece. Make this platter to decorate your own home, or to give as a gift this holiday season.
All leaf platters will be fired and ready for pick up at our studio one month after class, or at our Origami Garland party, December 20th. Pickup deadline January 18th, 2026.

Become an architect with clay! Your instructor will guide you through the steps of cutting clay "slabs" using a template. It's up to you to decide if you'd like to incorporate brick or other texture, and how to design your windows and doors configuration!
Your Instructor will demonstrate all the steps in this slab-building workshop, no experience necessary! You'll have two hours to build and refine your artwork. We'll carefully dry and fire your pieces, and add the color of your choosing from our studio glazes. Finished houses fit a standard-sized battery operated tea light. Make this house luminary for yourself, or to give as a gift this holiday season.

Our popular ornament parties are back! Your instructor will guide you through the steps of rolling out clay slabs with the slab roller. You can choose to add texture, or smooth the clay and cut smooth shapes to paint details with glaze.

Picking up your finished pieces
Your pieces go through many steps after you leave the studio. We try our very best to deliver finished pieces that look the way you last saw them, just a little smaller and shinier, but due to the often unpredictable and unforgiving nature of ceramics, things can happen. We cannot guarantee any pieces to make it through the drying, firing, glazing, and second firing. We tell our students not to fall in love with their pieces until they're at home with you. The whole process of drying, firing, glazing, and a second firing can take 2-4 weeks. You'll receive an email from us when they're ready for pickup. You'll have one month to pick up your finished artwork once it's ready. After that, we cannot hold unclaimed pieces.
